Last November took place the 19th World Karate Championship in Tokyo and João Salgado (a former member of Portugal Seigokan) as National Karate Federation of Portugal President went there with the Portuguese Team and met Masatomi Tsuji Shihan, Seigokan Overseas Head Director.
